I am the Clinical Director at Dallas Detox Center. I assist with therapeutic and individualized treatment strategies to provide the best plan and treatment for individuals attempting to manage and maintain long term sobriety.
I began working in treatment in 2012 with adolescents. I was able to work exclusively with this population for seven years and assist hundreds of adolescent clients reach goals of sobriety. After doing so, I began working with adults in 2018. I assisted with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and well Dialectical Behavioral Therapy programming to assist clients in gaining the skills needed to achieve goals moving forward. At this time, I began focusing on Detox clients as assisted in creating a program for Detox clients that was both obtainable and realistic for that level of care. I also worked with the Veteran Population in our veteran’s program assisting with PTSD, trauma, and grief and loss focused therapy. In 2022, I began working as the Clinical Director at Dallas Detox Center. I assisted in creating the program as well as specific individualized treatment for the clients we serve. I oversee DDC’s Clinical Department to ensure all clients gain the most effective care and treatment whilst in our care.
I, myself, am in recovery and love to assist clients on their journey to sobriety. I enjoy seeing the changes they are able to make, allowing them to empower themselves.
I am passionate about assisting clients gain control over their lives in a way they may not have seen possible before. I love providing therapeutic tools to each client to ensure they have every opportunity to manage long term recovery and sobriety. Every individual has the capability of staying sober and I think that gets lost in translation at times.
